1. Christine Switzer, Lixnaw -studying a Masters in Science in Queens University Belfast

2. Steffi Morgan, Tralee- studying a Post Graduate in Accounting and Corporate Finance in U.C.C.

Criteria for Entry

Dan Kellegher who was a member of the first Board of Directors of Tralee Credit Union in 1968. Over the years Dan held different positions on the Board and was Chairman of the Board at the time of his death in 1990.

To honour the late Dan Kellegher and his contribution to the credit union movement we are delighted to award €1,500 each to two credit union members undertaking a post graduate couse of study. The course undertaken must have the potential to enrich the lives of people within the community and must be a post graduate level such as a Graduate Diploma, a Masters or Doctorate.

The award is based on a full time or part time course postgraduate or masters and the duration of the course must be at least one year.

The award is paid in one full instalment in November.
