You can pay any bill through your Access Account.
It is your own responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are in your Access Account to pay your bills. In the event of insufficient funds you may incur non payment fees from your service provider.
Bill Pay Options
1. Call in and pay a Bill in our offices in Tralee, Castleisland and Killorglin
(Paypoint is available in Killorglin)
2. Direct Debit
Set up a Direct Debit with any service provider. This is ideal for monthly or quarterly bills.
To set up a Direct Debit quote your IBAN and Tralee Credit Union BIC to any service provider.
3. Regular Bill Payment
A Regular Bill Payment is a great way to manage your money by paying a little off your bill every week, fortnight or month that suits the frequency of your income. You will never have to worry about unpaid bills again. By the time the bill is due, you will have most or all of it paid.
A Regular Bill Payment can be set up with any service provider. Ideal for electricity, gas, oil or other bills.
To set up a Regular Bill Payment please fill in Regular Bill Payment Form and return to our offices.
4. CU Online Banking
You can set up your own scheduled household bills and/or make one off payments using CU Online Banking.
5. CU Anywhere Mobile App
You can pay bills by phone using our CU Anywhere Mobile App.
